By accessing or using FetchToolKit (https://fetchtoolkit.com), operated by FetchToolKit, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. 100% User Ownership of Processed Files and Text
You retain full copyright and intellectual property ownership of every image, document, JSON payload, or text snippet you process using FetchToolKit. Because all utilities execute locally inside your browser and zero files are uploaded to our servers, FetchToolKit never receives, stores, inspects, or claims any license over your inputs or outputs.
2. Acceptable Use & Local Hardware Limits
FetchToolKit utilities enforce client-side safety guardrails—including a 25 MB per-file limit, a 10-file batch limit, a 16.7 megapixel pre-decode canvas downscale ceiling, and a 100 megapixel decompression-bomb cutoff—to prevent browser tab crashes. You agree not to launch automated denial-of-service floods against our static hosting edge network or misrepresent FetchToolKit as your own proprietary service.
3. “As-Is” Local Processing Warranty Disclaimer
FetchToolKit is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because lossy image compression, format conversion, and text deduplication modify byte streams inside your local browser memory, you are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your original files before replacing them with processed outputs.
4. Limitation of Liability & Contact
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Sri Lanka, FetchToolKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-loss damages arising out of your use of our browser utilities.
